Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a refund for any reason within 30 days after receiving the item sold. Contact pepejfemporium@gmail.com with your order reference to arrange the return.

Returning the item sold

The item sold must be returned. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law. Protect the item during return shipping.

Your refund

We issue the refund within 72 hours after receiving the returned item sold. The time needed for it to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Lost postal shipments

If a postal shipment is lost, we provide a refund. Contact us with your order reference so we can review the delivery and resolve the issue. An item that was never received cannot be returned.

Purchases on eBay

For an eBay purchase, submit your return or delivery issue through eBay. The listing terms and eBay buyer protections apply to those transactions.
